When participating in Peterborough Swim Club activities (practices, travel, meetings, competitions, Club fundraising or organized social events) I hereby grant the Peterborough Swim Club and its associates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take and use photos and videos of the previously named swimmer, or images within an edited video in which the swimmer may be included, along with the names of those depicted, and to copyright the same for the purposes of club and its associates internal and external communications and promotions.
